I've always had a good experience here in the years I've been with them to be honest. The workers there have always been friendly and helpful. I get pretty good deals with the family deals and upgrades. The signal works pretty well in town and out in weatherford. The 5g has been pretty good too with my phone at least.

Horrible customer service, very rude and never gets it right! Twice I’ve had to be charged extra for them not signing me up under the unlimited plan even though I made it clear that’s what I wanted.
Both of the ladies at the mineral wells tx store are very helpful and have great customer service
Good customer reps at store. But horrible signal on metro no service anywhere outside of town, we went back to cricket i get service everywhere now
