Furniture World NW has great prices and selection, there's no doubt about that. The customer service is good...while you are in the store. Once they have your money it's up to you to figure out when your furniture comes in. Our sales person (Christine) told us as we were finished with our purchase that she was too busy and has to many customer to call back so we need to them in 2-3 weeks to see if our furniture was in...what, really? I called 2 weeks later and found out that Christine had ordered the wrong table but correct chairs that don't match so it was pushed out another 2-3 weeks. Did I get a call then, nope. I still had to call several times in those 2-3 weeks to get a delivery date and when I called the last time I found out it had been there for days already. SO frustrating! I did finally get my table and chairs and they are great but remember you are getting only the price of the furniture, customer service is not included in your purchase.

Very frustrated after dealing with this company. We ordered $2000 worth of furniture, a couch and a coffee table, that we were told would be delivered just before Thanksgiving, but to call after a week or so and see if it can be any sooner. We called and then they told us it wouldn't be delivered until mid December. Frustrated, as my wife was going to be needing something nice for relaxing after an upcoming surgery, we contemplated cancelling our order and getting a refund. They magically found a couch in their warehouse and said they could deliver it the next week, but the coffee table would be end of November, we got the couch delivered, and it's nice. Well it's end of November now and we still don't have the coffee table and told us that it won't be until sometime in December. Two months to wait for this piece of furniture is a bit ridiculous. Wouldn't recommend this place if you have furniture delivery expectations.

Friendly but not pushy my first time there I will be back

I ordered my furniture online on 9/3 after visiting the store. Bradley called 2 days later, only after I sent a message asking for an eta and he says it would be end if October it should arrive do I still want the product? Of course I do. Yesterday I sent a message asking for an update and got a message say it wouldn't arrive till December. Almost 4 months after paying 1300? You've got to be kidding! Now any messages I send them automatically appear in my email. They're now rejecting my inquiries. So far I have not experienced any sort of professional customer service and am extremely disappointed with service, or lack thereof thus far. I'm now going to take the matter a level higher for some sort of amicable satisfaction. I'm also going to file a report with the better business bureau if the company doesnt respond ethically.

Whatever you do, do not buy the warranty from GBS enterprises!!!! I went to finally use it because my child colored a paint strip on my couch cushion. 6 mths later they finally respond, after emailing and calling countless times. They said my couch wasn’t covered because it’s an accumulation of stains over time! ud83eudd23 it’s one large swipe of paint... this company is horrible and has tons of reviews like mine. Shame on furniture world for working with them?
