Great customer service, Shane answered all my emails quickly and professionally. I got a good deal, on a great mattress and for a low fee, they even hauled away my old mattress and another that I had put off getting rid of. I even got a personalized thank you card in the mail from Robert a few days later. This is my second mattress I bought from them (my boyfriend has bought from them too and has been very happy with their services) and I wouldn't go anywhere else!

A well deserved 5 stars for this business. I bought a mattress last June and needed it ASAP. Shane sold me a floor model king mattress at a very good price. I didn’t realize until it was delivered that I had purchased a king instead of a California king which is the only size that fit the bed frame. Shane ordered the correct mattress immediately. Sadly, I had to wait several weeks for the mattress, but he gave me a partial refund for my trouble. Then, he personally dropped it off on his own time to prevent further delay. It was worth the wait. Most comfortable mattress ever. Thanks Shane.

I love my new adjustable bed and this store. I told them I just needed a basic frame and that is what they showed me. No one tried to convince me I needed under bed lighting, massage or USB ports. When my sale was done and I came back a week later because I changed my mind on what mattress I wanted they were more than happy accommodate me.
