The staff was very courteous. They took care of me in a very timely manner.

We went to the warehouse in Vancouver thinking it was a showroom, and were disappointed to find out that it wasn't. But - turns out they do sell overstock there and that the folks who work there are all wonderful and helpful! We left with a great bed, at a great price - and had a great experience!!

I recently came across an ad on Craigslist for a twin bed frame. I was concerned about the cash only transaction/final sale. Happy to reset the whole experience was positive from start to finish. I dealt with Spencer who was very courteous and helpful. The guys in the warehouse were also helpful. There was a small scratch, which was pointed out to me prior to me leaving the warehouse.nnOne of the pictures in the instructions was wrong. I would recommend laying it out and piecing it together before screwing everything in.

I am a customer in NYC and have had a great experience with Night & Day. I've had one of their beds for 8 years... yes, 8 years. It is a simple wood platform bed that I have customized with my own headboard. This bed has moved between three different apartments and has maintained its strength and rigidity all these years. But MOST importantly, the customer service (Cody) has been fantastic! I lost all of my assembly hardware and for just $40, they are sending me every piece I need to reassemble my bed. The customer support was all human all the way through. I emailed the parts I needed, they quoted me, took my card info and shipped the parts all in ONE DAY. Really awesome support and service. Couldn't be happier. Thanks Cody!
