They need to be sued. Their collections reporting/fraud department is so inefficient and negligent that it honestly is criminal. Reporting false information, closed accounts reopened and reported to the credit bureau, accepting credit applications with inaccurate personal information, threatening victims of identify theft. Go look at their BBB reviews it will shock you. To be clear me and my husband never chose to do business with Conns yet still were roped into their circus when they allowed an individual to open a credit line in our name with inaccurate personal information. We reported this as fraud the same day the credit line was opened, and still was threatened by their fraud department even though we provided multiple forms of proof it was fraud.nnStay far away from conns if you value your credit/future. This place has class action lawsuit written all over it.

Had furniture that was delivered today but the delivery guys came two hours before the original schedule time, when asked if they could come back at 1 they refused and said they don’t have a time in which they show up they “just show up when they show up” which wasn’t a problem but because they came two hours early they tried to rush to get the job done. I never had time to move my furniture, then I was told by one of the delivery drivers that if I keep it between him and I that he would move the furniture for me for 60$, after saying no because it didn’t sit right with me and that if anything happened I didn’t want it to fall back on me. they continued to move the furniture after they were all done they still hassled me for the 60$. to basically hassle a customer for something that they didn’t want in the first place is wrong. That’s not a good way to do business.

Sold us a gaming desk that is out of stock and discontinued! But said they didn’t know?? Offered the floor model that was damaged! No thank you. Bought bunk bed it was delivered and storage drawer was already broken. Did not tell us the bed would not be assembled. Called and spoke to Melvin the Plano store manager and he said I would have to drive back to the store to pay for assembly! Are you kidding me! They do not care about the customer or quality of service. I will never buy from them again.

This place is completely OVER PRICED & I could Get BETTER QUALITY ELSEWHERE! FIRST AND LAST TIME I WILL BE PURCHASING anything from this company! Especially with the pandemic going on they aren’t understanding and they give you attitude like it’s your fault! NEVER AGAIN.

I bought a living room set 2 years ago and have been having problems ever since. They have replaced my living room set once already after having it repaired multiple times. Now I am having problems again, they came out again and supposedly repaired it. WRONG, now i have a 1 inch gap between the footrest and the sofa arm. I have requested STORE CREDIT so I can get something with out the incliners. Now when I call to talk to the people I have been talking to before from the very beginning to now, none of those people exist anymore. Strange huh.
