The employee helping us showed no concern for helping with our situation. Also, while we were in store, the 3 other employees are flipping water bottles on the floor and having a fun conversation. The only helpful and amazing employee was the female on shift.

I was frustrated going in and certainly sounded that way towards Tonnie? But he was really calm and great and fixed my issue in a matter of minutes. Thank you!

The place was nice but I'm going to have to bring the back cause their just aunt Norway to pay 90.00 a month for the phone that's twice as much a I pay now. I was told 70.00 start up plan n I never agreed to the protection plan. I'll just stay with my plan I have at t mobile 50.00 a month unlimited everything n 10.00 a month on my phone sorry Verizon didn't see the bill till yesterday n I'm not paying 40.00 more for a phone plan that ridicules n outrageously way to high 90.00 a month us for you rick folks but some on ssdi don't get barely enuff to live on n I sure the h*ll ain't taking 40.00 a month extra from my food list. To pay for a cellphone don't be a hater its just highway robbery in my book. Have a great n very blessed day. I'm new to Verizon n n the guy that helped me told me it was 70.00 a month n I agreed on that cause I need a new phone number n apparently t mobile A20 ain't comparable at your store so I had to get one of your free phone n it's not free you add 7.00 to my bill n I then get 7.00 off my bill till its paid for. So the phone will be returned monday 3/29/2021. Signed a very upset customer that feels he was deceived by Verizon team worker.nP.s. he was nice n made me feel welcome but didn't give me all the information about your plans. . N it's not even remotely closes to a Android Galaxy A20 for setting up. N you got robots working when you call 611 I wanna talk to a human not a friggin robot . Excruciatingly slow service and lack of information provided.nnEdit: went here the next day as per the appointment set by the people working here and was kept waiting for an hour only to have them do the same thing over again. It’s a completely pointless store and the level of service here is just laughable. Would recommend Verizon to either close this store or change the staff.
