Nice to get along with treat people with respect
They gave us a couch infested with bed bugs ! I would not recommend renting from here.
I absolutely love my Aarons store!! Never had a issue with them! Very Friendly staff and awesome deals always!
They gave us a bed, that was broken, the guy whom came to set it up did not even set it up right and didnt have enough screws for the bed, so the legs broke and the bed didnt hold up enough, and the guy who delivered it didnt even have another person to help him, and he asked for our assistance , when he did not know a thing about putting the bed up right, he should have had a person who knew more about it. and the boss or “office person” whom my grandfather called about this , he lied to us saying he got “half a bed in” to replace it and was waiting on another half, we never got a call back about it, and we had bad costumer service , because the employees there wouldn’t assist us good enough and imply our issue
