I will never use Walmart pharmacy again. They were trying to call another pharmacy that I normally use to verify information they could not figure out. From what they told me they needed to call my insurance company to verify said information. I'm not an expert on insurance or how pharmacies bill, however in all of the experiences I've had with other pharmacies, I have never had this experience. I am absolutely astounded they have been so absolutely terrible at getting basic information to bill an insurance company. It is a daily occurrence to have somebody with new to Walmart come in with insurance. If this is how they handle every single new individual who comes to their pharmacy, I don't know how they're still in business. Waited for over an hour after they said the prescription was ready, but they couldn't figure out the insurance.
Lindsey was great super helpful and friendly!! Thank you so much. They should call you name when it's ready you have to get back in line. Only thing I can say for improvement.

I dont know if my prescription has EVER been ready by the time they say. Called in over 24 hours in advance to have them tell me its not even ready and take over 30 minutes to fill it.
Every single time I go they always say I need to call my doctor and wait 24 hrs because I need a refill....they are really unfriendly and they need to get new staff because it seems like almost everyone that goes there always have issues! They are really rude
