Went in this morning to pay my moms phone bill, and this has been the worst customer service ever.. if you ask for the NAME on the account and the phone number ,and I give those two things to you.. HOW? How do you charge for a whole different account? The METRO PCS store on clarksville st is a NO GO. Because if you are going to be in charge of a store then OWN up to your actions as the store manager and representatives of the company . The ladies at the Lamar location are very professional and understanding and I'm grateful they were willing to help us,because the other store has been a nightmare. If I could rate it with Zero stars I would.
They refuse to take your money if you dont have a mask & do not provide them either.. if your gonna make ppl wear a mask at least provide them..... I tried to contact owner but to no response.. I'll pay my bill on pay pal from now on & save a few bucks
Love this place. Always helpful, staff is great!
EXTREMELY rude and pushy woman with a pink and blue tye-dyed face mask completely put me off of buying anything through this store, I'll update my phone somewhere else or with a new carrier.
They are always very nice. Have fast and good service
