The store was smaller than I expected but they had just about everything I needed. And I got a great deal on a new radio that beat all other prices I've seen. Customer service was great and friendly as well as knowledgeable on the products. I'll definitely be stopping by again and ordering online again as well. It's nice to deal with people that understand the questions you're asking and know what you're talking about. They definitely seem to know the products they sell!
I definitely will be back here if I need any HAM radio items. I called and asked about a charger for my handheld. When I went in the store I asked again if they had any in stock. The lady helping me asked if I was the one who called earlier and already had it pulled aside for me. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
