First, I ordered online and it didn’t necessarily come from this Walmart but the hair mask I ordered exploded all over my other stuff I ordered and when I called about it to the customer service lady she was quite rude when I explained what had happened and if I could come in and exchange it.nSecondly, I waited 20 minutes today and was transferred through 5 different people just to know if my pictures I ordered about 2 weeks ago were ready considering I was told I would get a conformation email they were ready by March 1st and it’s March 6th.nReally should work on your customer service skills.
Mitch was already past the end of his shift but graciously took time to help me get some photos transferred and processed. He was personable and courteous after a long day! Thanks!
People flow in and out of this station.. They dont really know what they are doing. Glad I was able to get my pictures printes quickly.
