What a joke of a store. Has a little bit of well nothing!!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!! I was scheduled for them to pick up my furniture, however when I called and asked why they haven’t came yet I was told their delivery driver QUIT! I was NEVER notified of this. I MISSED WORK FOR THIS. I was told they would come pick up the following weekend and I WOULD NOT BE CHARGED! Today I find out I WAS CHARGED! I called Aaron’s and ASHLEY picked up can she stated that since the furnature wasn’t picked up they charged me when last week she had told me I would not be charged. THEY NEED TO GET RID OF HER. No good customer service!
This Ashley girl isn't good for there company since my refrigerator is almost paid off there not triing to help fix it so I'm going to higher ups and taking my business elsewhere.
The manager is incompetent
