Went in today with a question about the adding and transferring an IPhone 11 from a different carrier to my aT&T account. My question was answered by Chance, he said yes of course we can do that.nI was able to return the same day with my moms phone to do the request I needed to be done. Chance was able to help me and also provided great in a good time service. He even had compassion for the circumstances that had me needing this to be done in such a timely fashion., my Father past away last week, and my momma needed her phone such a hard time this week has been. I appreciate when people are able to one provide service and also care to want to help you. Thanks AT&T and Chance!

I was Called and told it was no problem transferring my old phone information to my new phone. I get there and they tell me that they can’t transfer it just because they were about to close. I drove a lot of miles just to get yelled at by an employee named Chance. I’m sorry, but you should have told me that before I drove so far just to get it done. No one should be tolerated like this period.

I came in today after shattering my phone screen. I called first to make sure the phone I wanted was available & spoke to Madison about the different plans available. Such a professional & patient Lady she was. Got to the AT&T location and was impressed with the 3 associates working there today. Had a person I believe to have a Bi-Polar Episode while I was there and these 3 associates handled the gentleman with the utmost kindness & sensitivity to him. Madison, Bailey and the other Male Associate(I didn’t get his name) were service commendable. I will return again if needed.

Went in today and everyone was helpful And welcoming to every customer and was able to answer every question to the absolute best of their abilities . I was getting help from one of the ladies and A big douche bag came in today being very rude and disrespectful over a mask. Leaving a bad review and calling names. Everyone one of the employees is there to help you with your phone not to listen to the rude and uncalled bs. I’ll most definitely be back

This store is awesome. Everyone I encountered were super friendly from the second I walked in the door. Baile helped me not only save us money but we all got brand new phones for our entire family. I would definitely recommend this AT&T location and Baile to help with anything you need.
