SS Tech Pro was fantastic in fixing the 4 keys that were not working on my laptop. They were fast, professional, and didn’t make me feel stupid when asking questions about my computer. Robert Hines definitely knows his way around computers, and it was a pleasure to get learn about the components of my laptop as well as part of the life Robert has lived. Robert did a great job of cleaning up behind a not so professional technician. My computer was an unusable mess but he fixed it and gave me some invaluable advice. I'll return when I need help I can depend on.
Very good folks, they fixed up my pc while I stood around watching them. Only took a half hour at most. It was thankfully a simple fix for my Gaming rig, but I called them up today and they went to work on my system as soon as I handed them my pc. Honestly I couldn't be happier with the results and I would recommend them to anyone.
