HORRIBLE Service. Order the headstone for my dad June 1. It is now 9/5 and we still do not have the headstone. They told us when we picked out the headstone and paid our money that it would take 6 weeks. I called July 11 and they were going to pick it up that day in Ft Worth. We went this past weekend to see it and it is still not there. They have it , they might get to it this week. No promises, and now meniton if they would call me if they do get it placed. The weather and several funerals have been the factor. Not buying either excuse for the 3 months waiting period. Horrible customer service. Good luck if you choose this business for your family needs.
Friendly, Patient, Understanding Sales Lady. No pressure or repeated folllow up calls. She explained the entire process to us without imparting any unrealistic expectations on timeframe of completion. There were no hidden costs or fees. She was thorough with designing a layout of exactly what we wanted, and the total cost came well under what we expected.

They did not make the bench monument as i asked they let me make payments and when we fell into hard times we were not able to continue until later but by then they had came a reposed the bench when i finally paid it off they brought it back but not the one i ordered ,this has been 15 years according to him and he says he has a hot check on me how could he possibly have a hot check if i paid it off i ask for documentation he said he didn't have time to look for it ,but would turn my check into the da if i had not paid for it they would not have returned it....i never recievied a notification of am check and he said he would return the original when i pd it off and i did pay itoff it got returned but not the one i ask or paid for all i askn for is documentation that i sighned to prove either way all i got was threats ,i dont want any money just what i paid for .thank you for your time...
