Rude and very unprofessional. Especially GM Sarah. Do your job and get onto employees who are more concerned about their cell phone than the customer. You work in a customer service industry, don't get an attitude and rude with an upset customer. Lost my business for sure. I will not return. Filing a complaint with corporate.
They aren't letting anyone in without a mask. I dont wear one but I dont talk down to anyone who chooses to. I dont feel they should force anyone to have one on since the mask mandate has been lifted
Bread options seem to be dwindling... First sourdough only... Now only smalls. Delicious food but the portion sizes for the price need to be reassessed.
