Hey people check your reciepts. They seem to be adding other charges to them. Them coming back at u stating they did for tax purposes.....80 bucks extra on my charge and then he complains about giving it back....Ramiro...was agent

Called next day after I purchased a phone to let them know the on button didn't work properly and they said these phones came out with details like that and didn't change it for a new one. They should have mentioned these details when selling the phone instead of saying how good it was.
