Worst T-Mobile store ever no professionalism at all, I will keep complaining to corporate until they shut this store down. Been there twice for jump on demand and they will make up whatever excuse to not jump a phone, they even told my wife the first time that she needed to buy an accessory for them to process the jump if not they wouldn’t. What type of customer service is that...? Second time i went tried to jump my phone the guy tells me that my phone cant be verified for water damage cause he cant see the red or white strip under the sim card; sales guy had the same phone as me and his didn't have it either, called t-mobile corporate and they told me that the strip the sales guys was looking for is no longer built into the phone only on old models. So this tells you the lack of training and customer service experience this store lacks. John Legere, please shut this store down!!!!! Not even the flies stop there and the only thing they promote is nothing but bad reputation for T-mobile.
