I called yesterday evening to ask what time they opened & they said 6AM. I showed up at 6AM & one guy was coming in & said they were waiting on the cashier. I waited for about 40 mins before the cashier showed up. No apologies offered for the wait. I purchased 20 pounds of mixed cornmeal for tamales. I found it was pretty good, but then realized we would need more. I went back for an additional 10lbs. The 2nd batch was no where near as good as the 1st batch. It looked like it needed to be ground more. I took it back & asked if they could pass it through their grinder & they said no. I asked if they had more & she said yes, but it was the same batch and they wouldn't pass it through the grinder again. They didn't have many customers either time I went & I guess I know why. They really lack customer service skills. The products they sell are hit & miss as well.
Nice bakery I found in the valley nice people I like going there
