My elderly father was having issues with his charging cable he purchased back in February. I visited the store on Saturday, July 4th. Even though it was a holiday and an hour before close, the staff was incredibly helpful in resolving the issue. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. Definitely recommend this location.
Its a verizon store... what could you possibly expect. Ill give them credit for one thing, they actually find creative ways to not only be unhelpful, but actually convolute any chance you may have at a resolution of your problem. What a joke.

My husband and I came to the store.There were nobody in there ,only 2 of us ,.i had to bring my husband because he was the primary on the accountThey made so difficult because of COVID 19 ,and let us stand outside even though the store can have 6-8 customers in.They We’re arguing and let my husband stay oi. The car.We walked away from AT&T.they were the same not good service.
Horrible wouldn't activate the phone terrible customer service do not go. I would have given zero stars
