We experienced significant issues getting our equipment and service established after signing a new contract with T-Mobile on-line representatives. After 10+ hours on the phone with numerous on-line reps trying to get our service established after a mistake in shipping, Tyler at the Hwy249 & Northpointe location was incredibly helpful and diligent to correct the issues we had previously experienced. Actually staying 2 hours after the location was scheduled to close to work through the issues with her T-Mobile internal help group. She is the reason we are not canceling our T-Mobile service before we ever get up to speEd. Even though we are still Experiencing issues with the internal support team.

Went here yesterday to figure out whether my old phone could be salvaged. I use my phone mainly for work and photos. Spoke to Michael and this dude was Johnny on the spot!! Extremely knowledgeable, friendly and walked me through a couple of phones but mainly the one he owns, the One Plus 7 Pro. I had never heard of this phone as I usually buy a cheap phone but this phone is amazing! Very happy with the service and assistance! Camera has 48mp !

DONT PAY EXTRA FEES!!! This place is horrible went to upgrade my phone and they told me I had to play $250 to upgrade. (Not true) the reason I know is because I went to another store yesterday and it was $99 to upgrade. The only reason I didn’t proceed is because they didn’t have the color I like. I told them they did something wrong in the system sure enough he checks and fixed it. Then he tells me it’s going to be $129.00 again, i tell him he’s wrong he replies we’ll call customer service if they told you that price. So I call customer service and they tell me yes is $99.00 so I tell the rep at the store and he says yes but at this store you have to pay an additional $20 to upgrade. while I still have the customer service rep on the phone she tells me no you do NOT have to pay that. He called his manager and to see if they could remove the $20 fee and he said no! They lost my business over $20 I went to another T-Mobile got my new phone with out and extra charge AND I also bought an iPad AND some air pods. NO WONDER THE STORE IS ALWAYS EMPTY!! Don’t stop by here ever!!!!
