I was helped by Michael and Raymond and I must say they did a hell of a job assisting me I'm being able to surprise my wife with a new phone without her knowing. I was given every answer to all the hundred questions I had lol. If you're in the area I highly recommend you stop by and see them. There was no line and it was a great experience. Whoever is the manager here make sure and break them boys off with a raise or sum because they deserve it!
Let me start off by saying I have Sprint, and was surprised that they could help me, but since the merger I guess it's all the same now. The staff here was super nice and really helpful. I went in to get a Samsung FE and they were totally out. One of the guys called another location that had it and went to go pick it up for me. One of the girls also added a SIM card to my phone to help me get better service at no charge to me. I will definitely come back to this store in the future. Thanks guys!!!
