The store was good with friendly, competent employees. The problem I have is that Xfinity charges waay too much $ for their services. If AT&T didn't have such lousy wifi, I'd switch in a heartbeat!
Painless and quick equipment return when cancelling services for a move. Staff was friendly, wearing masks and store had plastic partitions up. Important during the pandemic to take precautions to ensure healthy exchanges with customers. Well done Xfinity!
Boy have these folks come a long way. Walked up (with no line) to trade in equipment and discuss plans. She had my new hardware ready and noticed I could save money with a better plan in less than a minute. Comcast is still expensive but the experience is MUCH better than it used to be.
