The guy who helped me was very knowledgeable and was able to get me the phone I wanted in the price range I was hoping to be in! He was fantastic and nice to me. And my son was kicking and hitting me in the store and I got upset at him and the employees didnt stare or give me an evil look. I corrected my son and they respected that. A lot of people no matter where you go get shamed on for correcting your kids in public. They all made me feel less like a bad mom! Also they have a great selection of accessories for pretty much all phones and overall my favorite store!
This was the worst phone service I have ever had. Two women from the Tomball location were rude and not helpful at all. I will be going to AT&T

I would like to thank y a l i l y for her excellent customer service and helping me recover my email as well as upgrading me to a perfect phone with enough memory and space in which I desperately needed for my kind of work.I wish more businesses had customer service or gave customer service as wonderful as she did in her staff this made my day a lot easier I can't this MetroPCS location an A+
Switched from Verizon to metro today. And my experience was superb. Maleni was very informative and helpful. I am very satisfied with the handset I chose and the price point you get with Metro. I highly recommend this location. They have great accessories and phone selection.
