The Houston location was efficient, pleasant and helpful. I have to admit I was very hesitant sending my passport off in the mail with my Visa application. However after seeing the raving reviews I decided to give them a chance. Before sending I called the office and spoke with a very kind agent who assured me if I sent my document overnight by way of FedEx they would process my application and send back out the very same day. To ease my concerns she also instructed me to call the following day to ensure the office received it. I can now say after 3 days I have passport+visa in hand for my upcoming trip this week. **Quick tip...pay for overnight for your application and your return envelope if you need it right away. I paid for a 2 day ship on my return envelope; as I wasn’t leaving until the following week.**

Jesus, for real? A real Government of Ghana employees offering exceptional customer service to its citizens? I must visit the Houston office to see and experience these actions to fully take this truth in. Impossible!

I work with a non-profit which has a location in Ghana, Point Hope Ghana, although we're based out of the Seattle area. We recommend the Houston Consulate to all our visitors and volunteers traveling from the US. The Consulate is helpful, professional and quick to respond, always. I once had a flight I was departing for when I realized my passport was missing. I was able to get it replaced that day, shipped it off to Houston and received it back within 48 hours! Such a relief to know they are there and your documents will be back in your hands incredibly fast! Thank you!

Best Experience Ever!!! I highly recommend! Hands down this is the fastest and best service for getting a Ghana visa I've ever experienced. The embassy in London, DC or Germany don't even compare! Application process is simple, turnaround service is impeccable! Thank you thank you thank you!
