I tried ordering food online from Panera. Everything was simple and straightforward. I was able to see the order tracking to my home. Unfortunately my order never arrived. 15 minutes on the phone revealed that they didn't have the order and the manager tried to explain that doordash is having some issues. I ordered from Panera directly and nowhere is it stated that they were using a third party service to delivery my food. My first and last experience with Panera.
They have the Best broccoli cheddar soup and meddertrainian sandwich. I'm vegetarian so both those I absolutely love! More options too! Go eat Panera Bread. All kinds of yummy ud83dude0b food!

We went for dinner at 6:30pm - They were out of EVERYTHING we wanted to eat.nNo TurkeynNo American CheesenNo Broccoli Cheddar SoupnWe were never greeted when we arrived - My husband had to yell back into the kitchen for someone to help us. As 1 of 2 customers in the restaurant, it took over 15 minutes to get our food. The food we got was not prepared with care and no one ate their dinner. What a waste of $50 for a quick Panera dinner.nnGo to a different location.
Great service. Delicious food. Little pricey. Dame prices as restaurants like red robin or Applebee's. There is dine in now.
