I get, I came in 30 minutes to closing and you're tired and want to go home but that doesn't mean your customer service flies out of the window. To continue to clean and pretend I'm not standing there waiting isn't nice. You mopped the floors so it was wet and the smell of cleaner wasn't appetizing in the least. Probably won't be back to this spot. The ice cream was good, tho. Glad I decided to not walk out.

I always go here but this time was very different the young man that was working was being very controlling. And didnt not wear gloves while making my banana split. I've been in the food industry for a while and know that it is required to wear gloves when preparing someone's order ESPECIALLY if you just checked someone one else and touched someone's debit card/ money. Last but not least I and allergic to whipped cream and can only have small bits of it I clearly asked for not that much whipped cream almonds and a cherry. In return I got 3 big piles of whipped cream almonds and no cherry's... very disappointed.

31 flavors has always been one of my favorites, but this location is above average! Maria, the owner mentors her staff, who are often high school kids, with no experience. She creates a family atmosphere, with clear expectations where her staff feels welcome and it spills over to their customer service! It's a great place!

Our shakes were very good. So smooth and flavorful. Lots of different flavors to choose from with a few changing selections. Bit pricy for what you get though. We will definitely be back. I wish they carried black licorice ice cream, it is such a hard flavor to find.

The employees weren't super knowledgeable about it but I went specifically today because they launched two new vegan flavors that I wanted to try and they did not disappoint. No more nasty Margarita ice my friends. Cookie Dough and Chocolate Extreme are here and INCREDIBLE.
