Hand scooped ice cream.
The beat
These are some of the yummiest, best cooked donuts I’ve ever had. Now I’ve only tried from a few different places across the country, but, I was impressed by them! The dough they use is fluffy and airy but fried to perfection!!! Super friendly folks as well! Be sure to check this donut/ ice cream shop out. Sounds like they have something for everyone. Smoothies, iced coffees, ice cream... We’ll be back when we’re craving a milkshake!
I always go to this place for donuts. This evening I stopped by at 7:15pm, I know it’s kinda late. They close at 9pm. I paid $21.90 for a dozen dry end of day old donuts. I didn’t go there for a discounted donut. But if they know the donuts aren’t up to par at that hour of the day, you think they would offer somewhat of a discounted price. Wasn’t all that impressed this evening. Looks like I’m going to have to take my business to the new maple donut that just opened up closer to my house.
HOLY MOLY this place is amazing! Their old-fashioned's are PERF - slightly crunchy on the outside, nice & soft on the inside. Surprised my co-workers with a baker's dozen this morning, & they're almost already gone. These donuts are obviously made with love & expertise. The girl at the front counter was so friendly & sweet, & the store was exceptionally clean & welcoming. Found my new favorite donut shop, will be back soon!
