The Associates were very rude to me. I do not need their service. They insisted that I wear a mask. I am 55 years old I have Asthma, and COPD. I can not breath with the mask on. Very difficult. Told me I would wear the mask or no service. It was for my son who served our country 6 years. And I will be changing mobile service ....
Girls helped me with my service and beyond helpful. Will be going back and recommending my family and friends
These girls didn't know what they were doing. Sold me a bad sim card and then instead of getting me another tried blaming it on my phone. Go to another location save yourself the headache unless your just getting a new phone or something very very simple.
I bought 3 phones on a buyout in Nov 2019. I was offered a buyout, HULU, and new phones. I got airlines points 3 months later only after I spoke to corporate offices. I now was told phone contracts on new phones over ride the buyout offer by corporate office 3 months later. I have not gotten HULU. I would not recommend Sprint in Ennis area. The service works in populated areas not in the country.
People here are fantastic! Everyone says sprint is the worst, I couldn't disagree more. I had a problem with my bill, they fixed it and gave me $20 off my next 6 bills for the inconvenience.
