Very nice group of young adults
I had issues with a phone I purchased at this MetroPCS and on numerous occasions. I took the phone back to have it analyzed and all they did was reboot it not once, twice or three times, but many times in a 2 month span. I asked that my phone be replaced and each time was told I would have to purchase a new phone. The people that worked there at the time we're rude and disrespectful to me. I ended up having a viral pest that went undetected by the girls working there. I kept telling them, that the phone was defective. Each time I took the phone back they told me there was nothing wrong. Even after showing them the entity that was visible on the phone.
