If I could give this place zero stars... I would! The communication is AWFUL! Go find your own instructor because dealing with this 3rd party service has been a NIGHTMARE! The student (or parent in my case) has NO control over lessons, instructors, or payment from the website. Everything has to filter through customer service who you can NEVER GET AHOLD OF unless you send a threatening “I’d like to cancel my membership” email. I’m literally so frustrated with this experience and would NOT recommend them AT ALL! In an age where customers reviews dominate - I can’t BELIEVE they treat their customers like this even after purchasing the 24 (1 hour lessons) for over $900!nnOh! I forgot to mention... 2 of my children had 39 minutes lessons with a vocal teacher yesterday and I woke up to an email today asking for payment when TRM is supposed to pay the instructor directly with the “pre-purchased” credits. What a shame!
We are very lucky to have him as our piano teacher. The interaction with the children is great and it's clear they love him. Thank you.

She is amazing teacher and very kind!! At first, my daughter wasn't into the piano and vocals that much but now she loves it because of how great they make the lessons.
Kids have learned a lot and have progressed quite a bit in a short period of time. If you want your kids to learn a musical instrument and actually enjoy the process, this is the place!
