Best experience We've ever had! Eric, Akash, and Mathew were awesome. They answered every question and knew exactly what we wanted with out having to explain to much. Made us feel very comfortable and didn't pressure us at all. I'd definitely recommend going here, especially if you are a sprint customer, they are very knowledgeable about the switch and make it a breeze.
I had a great experience at this store, this location is much more friendly and helpful than the one across the street. Christian, Aakash & Erich, are best in the business, they are very knowledgeable, helped me out with my upgrade. I would most certainly recommend this location for sure!!
Matthew and Aakash made me feel like a princess as soon as I walked in the door. I had a great experience the whole time I was there. They also told me about T-Vision, something that I needed but was never told about at the other stores I went to. This store is wonderful and I would recommend anyone I know to go to this store.
I came here to switch providers from Verizon, and not only did I end up saving over $100 per month for only 3 lines, but the customer service from Garrett, Aakash, and Erich was beyond exceptional. They walked me through the activation process in a timely and well explained manner. T-Mobile has gained a customer for life, and this location has my absolute loyalty. 10/10 experience.
