I went to a metro store on midway and frankford rd. Bunch a Bozos..They were trying to charge me hidden stuff. Like 150 fee. I went to the one here on Rosemeade. The dude Marvin was more than exceptional. He answered every questions thoroughly without hesitation. I even spent more money just because I felt comfortable. Dude needs a raise.
The lady Veronica was beyond helpful. She took Care of everything I needed with a professional attitude.
Been goin here for over a year. Overall decent experience. Saija is very helpful and very nice. Yesenia also has been a charm. I am pleased and wil keep returning ud83dude01
The lady that I assume was the shift manager was incredibly rude to the associates there. To top it off she has very rudimentary knowledge while talking like she knows everything. The other associates were great, but this manager lady caused me to consider any of the other 500 metro stores nearby for my future needs.
