On February12, 2021, I decided to try this drive-thru pharmacy. Worst decision I made. There was only 1 lane opened (why the other was not, have no idea). It took me about 45 minutes to get one RX; when I left there were about 5 cars behind me. The other lane was still closed. DO NOT USE THE DRIVE-THRU - it's a total mess!

Unfortunately the CVS I normally work with was out of my prescription due to a warehouse shortage and decided to leave it pending since 6/29 instead of calling me. With only 2 pills left, I decided to call around to see if any other pharmacy had it in stock. I called around noon on 7/6 and the woman who helped me was very helpful! I've never switched pharmacies before, so she walked me through all the information she needed, triple checked that they had my prescription, re-re-confirmed the time that it would be ready, and set me up so all I had to do was grab-n-go. I cannot remember her name, but the customer service I received put me at ease, as I was very worried I would have to go without my meds. Thank you!!
If I could give zero stars I would! If you’re needing medicine right away do not come here!! They said my medicine would be ready in a hour I came it still wasn’t ready they where having difficulties so I said I would come back the next day tell me why they said it’s out of stock and couldn’t have just said that in the first place so I could go else where!!! Don’t waste your time here They’re time wasters.
Omg. This pharmacy never pick up the phone. They almost never have your prescription ready. Half of the workers are very nice and professional and the other half will not even acknowledge you. Cindy is the most helpful and sweet.
