The MAC counter associates Dylan & Star are the best! I was so nervous to go in and actually talk to someone, but they immediately made me feel better. Dylan made perfect product recommendations and made the experience amazing for me. I’ll recommend these two to anyone I know who’s looking for guidance with their makeup. I’m so glad I went.
I went to Dillards based on the recommendation of a friend who purchased her mother-of- the-bride gown there and loved it. I found the perfect gown within 15 minutes of being there. The only down side was that there was only one clerk for the entire floor. Once we found her the purchase transaction was easy. This is the reason I give it 4* instead of 5.
I would have given it a five but hear me out. I went through all of the sections of the Men's department, and everywhere there was a male working; I was immediately approached and greeted and treated with five-star service. In the areas of the Men's department that had a woman working in, they couldn't be bothered to give me the time of day. Hence, you do the math. That's why they got a four-star rating for the store instead of a five star.
Best place to shop for clothes. Even if you have little money. Hey, they have great sales, They have not disappointed yet. Great clothes!!!
Love coming to this Dillard's! Variety of sizes in stock. Very open and clean with the perfect amount of foot traffic.
