Rented here for many years and everyone associated with the company has always been friendly, fair and quick to resolve any issues that arise. And there hasn't been many. Property is kept clean and secure. Best place I've rented from in Denton.

Not a bad place to store stuff and you can listen to trains go by closely and it's really cool

My parents have had a storage unit here since 2013. Up until the past year it's been great. I'm the past year though things have changed. They have 4 units here, yes 4 don't judge. One of the units was broken into late last year and they barely received an apology. Things happen that's life just kinda inconsiderate in my opinion after so many years. Now we are moving things around for the holidays and starting to decorate so we open a unit and the couch my aunt left us when she passed away is ruined due to water damage. The unit has a hole in the roof. No my parents do not have insurance on the contents of the storage which they didn't get because they didn't think they'd need it since they've had no issues in all these years. Due to lack of property maintenance and the unit being damaged on the outside caused a loss that cannot be replaced. The property manager keeps just saying he's sorry there's nothing they can do... Hmmmm... How about maintain your property? I asked about them paying to have the couch cleaned to see if it helps since theres mold everywhere, he said no it's not their responsibility. The property is not being maintained and a huge hole in the roof ruined our stuff nothing can be done but he's sorry. This many YEARS being a customer here means NOTHING to these people. That many units and payments made on time means NOTHING. Secure, fail. Customer service, great if you don't care about being taken care of as a customer. Property maintenance, LOL nope. Care for customers, non existent. Before this I would recommend this storage facility but now, there's not a chance. I almost feel bad writing a review letting people know what's going on because I'm worried about how they'll treat my parents but you know what I wish I had known the truth before we helped my parents rent the last 3 of the 4 units they have. I feel that when you have a business your customers are who you depend on to start, grow and maintain your business and income. You depend on them so your job is to keep them happy and take care of them and their needs. This whole sorry bout your bad luck attitude, that's not how to make it happen. That's just bad business and bad management in my eyes.

Not good at all they discriminate against the homeless. They are people also I know someone that all they did was have a unit to keep their things there didn’t stay there just went in and out putting things in or taking out the unit was paid for wasn’t late acussed him of not being who he was was hate full that’s all I’m going to say I will not recommend it at all
