Great company. Light atmosphere
Great people great company
My 26-yr. old special needs daughter rides SPAN three days each week from Coppell to school in Lewisville and back. The service is reliable, timely, and inexpensive. The driver treats her with care and respect. The administration appears to be organized and thoughtful. The only rub is having to use cash or the paper tickets for rides. More convenient non-cash options should be available, like DART uses. That said, we LOVE SPAN!
I am very thankful for Span transportation. It allows me to get around and be more independent.
Not sure who to complain about, but was given wrong information more than once, filled out forms, got doctor's signatures, etc., only to then be told that my son cannot ride by himself. To every person I had spoken to prior to this, I mentioned my son's age and the purposes for the rides. Bad thinking skills on more than one person's part; not knowing the rules of your own company's procedures when rules are everything! And thinking is a critical part of any job, right? Also, ride did not come within the 30- or 45-minute window as promised in their procedures book. Somewhat shameful service company based on this experience.
