Review worthy customer service and experience. We arrived after store hours today, T-Mobile has hours listed wrong, but the representative didn't turn us away.nnShe went over and above anything that could be expected by any standard just allowing us to come in. Then took the time to switch service and setup the new device we purchased. Grade A+ customer service all the way. Especially when we were done she let us know she was using her personal time and was in a hurry to get to a family function. Don't go anywhere else for T-Mobile.nnToo many reviews are unhelpful or are just not worth the time it took to be posted.
Went in yesterday to get a price on switching service providers and came out with 5 new phones and great service. The lady that helped us was really nice and made sure we got the best deals. She was very fast on getting our service switched over. This is our new store we will be going to for now on. We are very satisfied

I have been going to this MetroPCS for three years and throughout those three years or has been one lady we always ask for every time we go her name is Kenya and she is very reliable and easy to get along with it and very understanding I would highly recommend her she’s very professional about everything we love her and her personality if you ever need somebody to help you ask for her.
