If I could give them zero stars I would. The day I received my bedroom suit the dresser was damaged. After complaining to management he said he’ll fix the damages. The next day I noticed roaches crawling up my wall, crawling in dresser and night stand draws. I pulled the night stand dresser out & roaches were infested into the corners of the night stand! I was so disgusted and disappointed. It makes my skin crawl just thinking about it! I WOULD NEVER RENT FROM THIS PLACE OR ANY OTHER RENT A CENTER AGAIN!!!!

Very rude and extremely unprofessional. Ricardo has zero personality and appears to just not like people at all. I would recommend anybstore but the desoto store.
