Terrible customer service. The employee didn't know about gaming PC. They manager is full of himself. When applying online at the location. The manager didn't sanitize the computer after each use. The employee rather have conversation with each other then the customers. A 1 star is too much

Wonderful people!!! Always greeted with a smile and a friendly hello. They are always willing to work with you and bend over backwards to help you out any way they can. Margene is the best!!!
I knew there was a reason why I didn't rent from this place. I fell in between jobs and asked for a payment arrangement. I even offered to provide my debit card information to automatically take the payment out this day. Silva said she can come get the product and hold it until I pay the bill. If you come get the product I don't want it back. Aaron's NEVER give me those issues. They setup my payment arrangement with no issue. I'm sure they won't miss my business at Rent-A-Center because they have plenty of customers.
