I have had service with metro for a very long time and recently had to purchase a new phone and out of every time that I have had to visit a store I would have to say that this was my best visit and Liz the lady who helped me was the very best she helped me get everything downloaded back onto my phone from my old phone all my apps and everything and this is something that would have taken me two or three days to do because I don't typically have the patience to do it all at once and in most cases the associates in the stores are not willing to assist so much I even had an appointment that morning for the doctor and she told me I could come back and get everything finished when I was done with my appointment and she helped me

Mohammed was great at this store location. wife and I came in last week for iPhone 11 pro max upgrade. store was a little busy but he got us in and out quickly. we noticed all the staff was great with other customers too. Great store y'all

I bought a i phone that was given to me in the wrong color and it was damaged and they said there was nothing they could do about changing it for a fixed one

Every experience I have ever had with this store has been great. Liz and Anser (I hope I spelled his name right, if not sorry) are very knowledgeable and are always wiling to help. Their customer service is exceptional! I have been to other Metro PCS stores in Denton and have been treated horribly. I learned my lesson and will always go back to this store to get anything I need done. Kudos to them for keeping my service with Metro PCS!!

Came to the store a few days ago to get information about the phones and plans. I was attended by a young lady name Liz. I been to other Metro to get information and so far by far the BEST service ever. She was very knowledgeable about her product and the company she works. I'm definitely coming back to do business with her.
