I ordered a brand new guitar from Sky guitars for my recent birthday. The specific model I wanted could not be source locally but Sky guitars had the same unit for sale.nnErik did a complete setup with new strings (the string packaging was included in the box), decked the bridge and sent it to me double boxed. I could not be happier with this guitar and purchase.nnWhile I really try to support my local shop, in the event they don't or cannot get what I want, I have a new go-to for online guitar purchases. I cannot think of anything else a seller could do to improve the experience that Sky offers. First class all the way.
