I had a very good experience, I was very pleased with the help I received from Jessica and Mercedez, they were very knowledgeable in the products. They helped me decide on which phone to purchase and even convinced me to add a line and I end up purchasing another phone for my grandson. Thank you ladies for good customer service and making my experience a pleasant one. Now I can trash my dinosaur phone lol.
Worst customer service ever in enquiring about the phone that I wanted to upgrade to but they were playing on there phones and when I repeat the question they answer in the disgruntled manema as if I was enterupting there personal phone timeud83eudd14ud83eudd14ud83eudd14ud83eudd14ud83eudd14
It has too many panhandlers and drug addicts who smoke in front of the mini mall. The employees are very helpful inside and polite. Just sits in a bad area.
Best customer service i seen in this neighborhood .. there fast and nice every time.. always able to figure out whats going on with my phone
