0/5 stars! Make sure to read the reviews before spending your time here! This is absolutely the WOSRT service I’ve ever received, JEFF AND ELLEN ARE EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! I requested a quote 09/07 and received 2 quotes 09/08, the first quote was $1,664 and 5 hours later the second quote was $1,814. I called 09/10 and spoke to Ellen about the confusion, she was helpful in explaining the costs and she stated both prices were actually incorrect and the correct total would be $1,759. I asked if there was anyone else I could speak to about the 3 different prices within 2 days and her demeanor completely changed. She stated she’s the owner but she’s handing the phone over to her husband Jeff, since he’s the one who sent the first 2 quotes. Jeff then says “what’s the problem”, I explain my confusion and he proceeds to say “I’m human and I make mistakes, the price my wife gave you is the correct and final price.” I ask if there is any way to honor the original quote and he begins to yell “Are you threatening me?” I then asked him what did I say for him to assume I’m threatening him since I’ve been calm and understanding and he’s the one yelling and being hostile. Jeff then proceeds to say “You’re making it seem like you’re going to go to the media if we don’t honor the price.” There was 17 minutes of him yelling and being hostile, not once did he apologize. However, Jeff offered to pay $50 out of pocket “if it appeases me” and then continued to yell about how “perfect” his customer service is and how they’re such a great company. Please look at other options when shipping your vehicle. Even if it will be more expensive, it would most likely be worth it. This company does not care how they treat you, they just care about your money. It’s saddening to see how they treat people, especially military families.

4 Corners Transport Services helped move our vehicle from Virginia to Hawaii. Jeff and Ellen were extremely professional and responsive when the first contracted driver was a no-show. They had a new truck & driver lined up literally in two days with no change in cost and even communicated with us over a holiday. Once our vehicle was picked up, we didn't have to worry about anything until we were notified that it was ready for pick up in Hawaii. Vehicle arrived in perfect condition. Highly recommend.

If I could 0/5, I would. Jeff was pretty rude on the phone - which I initially disregarded. I told him that I would talk to my spouse and call back. Their 5 phone calls, variety of texts, and emails pushing to schedule it made me decide to work with a different company. Another deciding factor was their numerous 1/5 stars on Google. I communicated to the owner that I was going a different route with a separate company and they responded with “I hope you show the other company more respect than you showed us.”nnFirst off, this company is providing a service and I don’t owe them anything. There weren’t any contracts signed.nnThis company tried to get in a verbal argument with me over text message and continued to display their lack of professionalism.nnI won’t get into the details - but I would literally recommend any other company to handle your car shipping needs.

very rude! stay away from them. asked Jeff a simple question about place where vehicle is picking up, got back lots of negativity and rudeness. If you can't talk to people and answer simple questions stay away from that business. you cant even answer the phone.

Ellen and Jeff were very helpful with transporting our car from Hawaii to Minnesota. They went above and beyond our expectations! Helped us every step of the way! I highly recommend 4 Corners Transport Service.
