So glad that I chose this place!! The process was easy and SO affordable!nThe man that helped us, I think his name was Tim, was very nice and super helpful!nThis is a very clean and safe storage facility. I recommend Northwest Self Storage to anyone.
I got a storage unit at the Fishers Landing units. The manager is a nice woman that helped me out alot! I would recommend Fishers Landing NW Self Storage to anyone!
Great facility, always clean, appropriately secured, reasonable pricing. I cannot speak to the customer service as I haven’t had to speak with them at all however my wife said the whole sign up process was “pleasant”.
I was cautious after reading the reviews on here. But the Fishers Landing NW Self Storage is closest so we gave it a try. Glad we did.nnThe NEW manager, Chelina, is amazing!! She not only found us exactly what we were looking for but tacked on a GREAT special to welcome us to her lot!! She is always available for questions and is friendly and knows what she is talking about. THIS PERSON GENUINELY CARES ABOUT HER CUSTOMERS.nnWE have been at the facility for a little while now and have had nothing but good things!!nnThank you Chelina and thank you to the facility for being there during uncertain times.
The manager chick rocks. Shulina or Chuleena(?). Ask for her by name. She saved my life and a whole lot of money! She even offered to call other properties to find exactly what i was looking for. For that reason and for the way she is starting to resstore the property i stayed. And am very happy
