I had a great experience getting set up with a storage space here. Their customer service is incredible. Very friendly and helpful folks working here. Not only are they friendly, but they really do know their stuff... And it makes very easy to work with them and get things done. Sarah was excellent helping get everything set up over the phone. And when i went it to check out the unit, Devin was especially accomodating and provided great, friendly service. I would highly recommend this location to anyone with storage needs.

What an awesome place. First the facility is clean and very wellnmaintained. The best part is the staff. McKenzie and Devin go out of their way to ensure everything is handled smoothly. They’re incredibly responsive and get back to me very quickly if there is an issue or question. Storage may be just that but customer service is a big part of it and these guys excel. Thank you!!!.

This is the second time we have rented a storage unit from this place. We have had great experiences each time. This time was during covid. I went online picked out the size I needed. I got Everything through my email, my gate code and unit number plus a map of the place. The units are always clean. Staff is friendly when I call. It's so easy to cancel the unit once you no longer need it! Their prices are the best in Vancouver for the nice facility! They also have great choices for locks if you need one! We bought one a few years ago from here and it's still holding up! Highly recommend!

Super easy to rent with all of it done online with no in person contact at all!!! And I received friendly call about my rental as well as text messages with everything I needed to get my things in a nice and clean and safe storage unit! Thanks alot you guys are awesome!!! A++++++

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had to be evacuated due to wildfires and they went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. It was A very nice unit, very clean and secure. Would definitely recommend Extra Space Storage!!
