Shipping a vehicle for a family member in the military. Was hopeful of good service since it’s veteran owned. Was impressed at first and assured of a ship date and price by the sales person. They never called or picked up the vehicle. Trying to get through to customer service was impossible and all they would say when I finally got through on a help chat was that a carrier had not been confirmed. Finally reached a real person and received a call back. They said they could get a carrier but I had to pay an additional $400 and that it would take three weeks to arrive. The communication is terrible, customer service non existent. Expect a bait and switch. If I could give zero stars I would. We went with Sherpa instead as was recommended by others at the military base.
