The proprietors of this facility are so nice and accommodating, reason enough to rent storage here. The facility is sparkling clean and well-maintained, and the office is very nicely organized. The on-line billing is great, very easy to use and navigate. There is good access to the property and to the storage units. From my experience, this business rates an A+ .
The team here is amazing! They are so friendly and nice... very personable people.nThe units and grounds are clean and kept up. I had 3 storage units here recently and there was no evidence of rodents at all ( although the rodent control devices are located on the outside of the buildings as they should be. But to be on the safe side.... just never, ever put food or food products in your storage units. :)
Donald and Gaillyn are nice office managers but there are no security cameras and last time I was here the main gate was broke because the motor needed to be repaired in there waiting for the repair mannSo you get what you pay for. Once was billed for a month I'd paid for and didn't believe me.nThats why you keep your receipts!!nDid apologize though, but shoddy operation.
Great staff! And prices as well!
I was so disappointed in the conditions of one of my rentals here. Literally rodent feces all over my stuff and no one wants to do anything about it. With all the choices in Self Storage, definitely pass this one up because clearly they don't give a darn about their customers belongings. Total Amateurs.
