Had a really good experience here. They made the process of renting the truck super easy. And the day I picked up the truck one of your staff members,Tyler, made my day. He was so sweet and so helpful. I wish him all the best. 10/10 will be back again.
Olivia, General Manager, absolutely does not belong in customer service. She is extremely unprofessional.Hung up on me when I expressed my concerns about her employee not being honest about the total cost of the rental. This location is run by kids. They do not know how to deal with customers and do NOT explain the true charges. Bad location, horrible service. You are better off utilizing carrier pigeons to move your items than renting anything from this place.
I'll give him a two-star because they're located well. They've gotten a zero star if I had to say how much propane I got in three visits in two weeks. That would be zero gallons of propane. Amazing
If i could give this place zero stars i would. New management doesn't know how to operate as a manager. If i would've looked into the reviews before my purchase i would've never chose this location. HORRIBLE LOCATION. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Im still waiting to receive money they owe me. Staff acts nonchalant when customers are having bad service. Please do better.
The “owner” & his male employee who was helping him today seemed very incompetent. They didn’t pull the trailer out to attach it easier, didn’t seem to understand the space given to hookup one was limited & didn’t go out of his way to assist in that part. Will not rent from this location again.
