I was at another Verizon store wanting a new phone. The guy there told me I should wait to save $9 and dismissed me. The next day I went to this store and Musaa was wonderful. He asked questions about what I need in a phone and recommended the perfect phone for me. He helped set it up, since I am not too savvy. There was no pressure to get a phone. He was nice, funny and a delight to do business with. I would highly recommend this store as everyone was nice. I felt Iike I was important. Thank you Musaa!
Musaa was incredible! Haven’t had a lot of great experiences with Verizon but this one put the other good ones (if any) to complete shame! I just needed to transfer my iCloud to my new phone and couldn’t do it at home for the life of me! Enter Musaa who PROfessionally and with incredible kindness helped us out! My aunt actually ended up getting a new phone basically because of the service we received! His laughter and joyful attitude durning this hard time made what could have been a awful experience an outstanding one!

Refused to help me honor a warranty then said they could not refund the service. 0/10 would not recommend. Shannon M was cool though.
Maddie worked with for hours on an issue that i had. She was very professional and caring to my needs and what i wanted. Definitely will be coming back here! Loved the service.
